Adding accounts and client in Business Manager

If needed, you can add new accounts, sub accounts, and sub sub accounts to Business Manager.

If needed, you can add new accounts, sub accounts, and sub sub accounts to Business Manager.

Note: There are 3 level of accounts. Account is the main level, then sub account, then sub sub account. Meters will display the lowest account level code/name only.

  1. Open Business Manager > Parameters > Accounts and clients.
  2. Add the account:
    1. Select 0 Client level.

    2. Select the + icon.
      Plus icon
    3. Enter the Account Code and Account Name. Account Description is optional.
    4. Select Confirm.
  3. Add the sub account:
    1. Select the Account level to add the sub account to.

    2. Select the + icon.
      Plus icon
    3. Enter the Sub Account Code and Sub Account Name. Sub Account Description is optional.
    4. Select Confirm.
  4. Add the sub sub account:
    1. Select the Sub level to add the sub account to.

    2. Select the + icon.
      Plus icon
    3. Enter the Sub Sub Account Code and Sub Sub Account Name. Sub Sub Account Description is optional.
    4. Select Confirm.
