Scheduling imports of ERR files in PitneyShip Pro

You can schedule ERR files to be automatically imported from an SFTP server.

You can schedule ERR files to be automatically imported from an SFTP server.

The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.

  1. Select Shipping & Mailing > Import ERR List.
  2. Select Upload File > Configure Automatic Import.
  3. Select the Text Delimiter that is used in your file.
  4. Enter the SFTP Filename Path and SFTP Server URL.
  5. Enter the Username and Password for the SFTP site.
  6. Select the Test Access button to test the connection.
  7. Select Notifications.
  8. Enter the email address(es) you want to be notified if the import fails.
  9. Select Schedule.
  10. Select the Days and Time you wish the import to occur.
  11. Select Continue.
  12. In the Configure Automatic Import window, match your CSV file fields in the Your CSV Fields column with the PitneyShip Pro fields in the Location Fields column, then select Save Configuration.

To view, edit, or delete scheduled ERR imports, go to the Automatic Import List tab and select Configurations.

To view the status of your scheduled imports, go to the Automatic Import List tab and select History.
