Saving a report as a favorite in PitneyAnalytics

Save reports as favorites so you can run them with the same filters and organization every time. Some reports can be saved as the default report.

Saving a favorite report

1. Click Analytics > Reports.
2. Set up a report with the view you want to save.
3. Click Add Favorite.
4. Give the report a name.
5. Click Save.

Running a favorite report

1. Click Analytics > Reports.
2. Click the Favorites tab.
3. Click Run.

Setting a default report

You can save a sending spend summary report as your default report so that it runs whenever you open the Reports screen.

1. Click Analytics > Reports.
2. Click the Favorites tab.
3. Click the star to make a report your default. Only sending spend summary reports will have the star available.
