Canceling a ShipAccel subscription

If you are the account administrator, you can change your subscription.

If you are the account administrator, you can change your subscription.

The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.

Only users with the role of Admin can perform this procedure.

  1. Sign in to ShipAccel.
  2. Select your name in the upper right.
  3. Select Cancel Subscription.
  4. Enter or select the reason for cancellation.
  5. If you see a Continue button, select Continue.
  6. Select Submit Request or Confirm Cancellation.
  7. If you see an OK button, select OK.
