Printing a shipping label for an order in ShipAccel

Once your orders are imported into the Ship Orders tab, you can print the shipping labels for them.

Once your orders are imported into the Ship Orders tab, you can print the shipping labels for them.

The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.

Before you begin

There are 2 different versions of the Orders screen.

  • If you see this banner, then you are still using Method 1. If you click the Update Now button, then you will be switched to our new orders screen, Method 2.

  • If you do not see this banner, then you are already using Method 2.

Method 1

  1. From the Home screen or the Shipping & Mailing menu, select Ship Orders.
  2. To find an order, use the filters at the top of the screen:
    1. Select the Show All menu to filter by Orders (those synced from ecommerce stores) or File Uploads.
    2. If you select Orders, select the Open menu to change the status displayed to Cancelled, Pending, or Shipped if needed. Open is the default.
    3. To filter by date, select the calendar icon.
  3. To find an order by scanning a barcode, click in the type or scan barcode field at the top and scan the barcode. To print the label immediately, press Enter twice. If the order is missing information needed for the label, the edit screen will open automatically.
  4. For orders that were synced from an ecommerce store, select the arrow next to the order you wish to print.
  5. For orders that were manually uploaded, select the arrow next to the upload that contains the order you wish to print.
  6. If the order needs attention, select the red Attention Required or other links and complete the required information.
  7. Select Print Label next to the order you wish to print.
  8. Select the printer options and select Print.
  9. Select Labels Ready For Download.

  10. Select Download Labels. If there are 10 or fewer labels, the file will open as a PDF in a new browser tab. If there are more than 10 labels, the file will be download as a ZIP file.

  11. Print the labels as needed.

Method 2

  1. If you're not already on the Orders screen, go to the Shipping & Mailing menu and select Ship Orders.
  2. To print a label for a single order, click on the order number in the Order column. To print more than one order at the same time, check the boxes next to them, then select Print # Labels.

  3. Select Print.

To view the print queue, select the printer icon in the upper right.

To email the labels instead of printing them:

  1. Check the boxes next to the order(s) you want to email, then select the arrow next to Print # Labels and choose Email Label.
