Disabling packing slips for ecommerce orders in ShipAccel
If you are an ecommerce user and no longer need to print packing slips, you can disable this feature using PitneyShip. This feature is only available to e-commerce users.

If you are an ecommerce user and no longer need to print packing slips, you can disable this feature. This feature is only available to ecommerce users.
The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.
- Select Settings > Packing Slip.
- Uncheck the box for Always print packing slips with shipping labels for ecommerce.
- Select Update to save the selections.
