Enabling packing slips for ecommerce orders in ShipAccel

If you are an ecommerce user, you can print a packing slip for your orders. This feature is only available to e-commerce users.

If you are an ecommerce user, you can print a packing slip for your orders. This feature is only available to ecommerce users.

The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.

  1. Select Settings > Packing Slip.
  2. Check the box for Always print packing slips with shipping labels for ecommerce.
  3. Select the packing slip size needed under Output Size Preview.
  4. Check the boxes for Form Label options required to appear on the packing slip.
  5. Select Update to save the selections.
