Scheduling a USPS pickup in ShipAccel

You can schedule a USPS package pickup if needed.
Products affected: ShipAccel

You can schedule a package pickup for the following USPS services:

  • USPS Ground Advantage
  • Priority Mail
  • Priority Mail Express
  • Priority Mail Express International
  • Priority Mail International
  • First-Class Package International Service

The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.

  1. From the Shipping & Mailing menu, select Schedule Carrier Pickup.
  2. From the Select Pickup Carrier menu, choose USPS.
  3. Select the sender address from the Sender Address menu.
  4. Enter the sender's email address and phone number if they are not already filled in.
  5. If you have more than one USPS account, select the account for the pickup from the Carrier Account menu.
  6. Under Select Shipments For Pickup, choose whether you want all shipments for this carrier picked up, or whether you want to select only some shipments for the pickup.
  7. Confirm the number and weight of the packages.
  8. Select the Pickup Date and time.
  9. Select the Pickup Location.
  10. (Optional) Add any Additional Notes for the carrier.
  11. Select Packages have correct postage affixed and Packages are properly sealed and ready for shipment.
  12. Select Confirm Pickup.

If you need to cancel a pickup, go to the Pickup History tab.
