New Features & Enhancements

Multi-piece shipment and multiple stamps supported in sending reports

A new Piece Count column has been added to the Shipment Details report. The piece count shows the number of pieces in a multi-piece shipment or the number of stamps in a sheet. For a single package or stamp, it will be 1. The Total Weight or Weight column in both reports will show the total weight of all packages or stamps in a multi-piece shipment. If you void a multi-piece shipment, the entire transaction will be voided, and the Refund Status will show as Approved. For stamp refunds, there will be a separate entry showing the number of refunded stamps. Piece count will show a negative value like -1 or -2.
