Downloading proof of delivery (POD) and signature files in PitneyShip, PitneyShip Pro, or PitneyShip Enterprise

You can download proof of delivery (POD) and signature files for shipments that have the Signature Required service. POD and signature files are available from the carrier 2-5 days after delivery for USPS and 7-10 days after delivery for FedEx and UPS.

The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.

1. From the Shipping & Mailing menu, select Shipping & Postage History.
2. Select the arrow next to the shipment to expand it.
3. Select Download POD/Signature File(s). The file is downloaded as a ZIP file that may contain one or more files.
   Note: The button will only be visible once the files are available for download.
