Sharing ship request carrier preferences between a user and a mailroom agent

When creating a ship request, users can specify their preferred carrier and provide their carrier account details, which the mailroom agent will use to print the shipping label. This update enables users without access to the rate shop feature to choose their preferred carrier.

Email label custom notification template

A new custom email notification template has been implemented to replace the existing template. This will allow enterprise users to customize the emails sent using the Email Label option.
