SendPro Enterprise version 8.60.0 Release Notes (July 19, 2024)

Note: Some changes affect all SendPro Enterprise users, while other changes affect licensed users only. If you are a subscriber, your SendPro Enterprise is hosted in the Pitney Bowes cloud with the address https://name.sendproenterprise.com, where "name" is your organization's unique value. If you are a licensed user, your SendPro Enterprise is not hosted in the Pitney Bowes cloud.

Shipping Charges Writeback

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

There is now an option to specify the ConsignorDocumentaryAddress (Client) organization as the Debtor instead of the ConsignorPickupDeliveryAddress (Warehouse) organization when both are passed.

• The following change will need to be made in the Registry in CargoWise by a user with Admin permissions
  • Maintain > System > Registry > Warehouse > General > Additional Reference Types
  • Tick the checkbox for Override Default if it is unticked o Add the following
  • Description = No Consignor Delivery Debtor
  • Code = NCD o Click Save and Click Yes to proceed.
• There is a service task (EHU) which will run to apply the Registry changes. The timing of this service may differ between CargoWise instances. Users with Admin permissions in CargoWise can view the schedule of EHU here:
  • Maintain > System > Service Tasks
  • Once this task has run in CargoWise, the new Additional Reference will be available for use.
• These are the additional steps required, when creating a Warehouse Order, to override with NCD:
  1. Under the "Entry" tab of the Warehouse Order, click on the Forwarding tab.
  2. Click on the References tab.
  3. Select the newly added NCD Ref Type and enter 0 in the Reference field.

UPS API Onboarding Status not set

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

Resolved an issue where the UPS API onboarding status is not chaned to “Setup” when onboarding the carrier for the first time.

PBI Shipping API Reports not balancing

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

Issue Corrected.

UPS Shipments with invalid address giving No Shipment found to void error
