Connecting your BigCommerce store to the PitneyShip mobile app allows you to manage data between both platforms.

Before you begin

You will need the following information from your BigCommerce account. Refer to the BigCommerce help for more information.

  • Store Hash
  • Access Token
  • Client ID

The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.

Adding your BigCommerce account

  1. From the Home screen, tap Orders.
  2. Tap the ellipses on the Manage Orders page.
  3. Tap Add Store.
  4. Tap the BigCommerce icon from the list of stores.
  5. Enter your Store Hash, Access Token, and Client ID.
  6. Select Submit.
  7. (Optional) Set your default preferences for orders from this store and select Finish.
