Connecting your BigCommerce store in PitneyShip, PitneyShip Pro, or PitneyShip Enterprise

You can add your BigCommerce store to sync your BigCommerce ecommerce orders with PitneyShip.

Before you begin

You will need the following information from your BigCommerce account. Refer to the BigCommerce help for more information.

• Store Hash
• Access Token
• Client ID

The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.

Adding your BigCommerce account

1. From the Ship Orders tab, select + Add Store.
2. Select BigCommerce.
3. Enter your Store Hash, Access Token, and Client ID.
4. Select Connect Store.
5. (Optional) Set your default preferences for orders from this store and select Finish.
