Connecting your Wix store to PitneyShip or the PitneyShip mobile app

You can add a Wix store to sync your Wix e-commerce orders with PitneyShip or the PitneyShip mobile app.

You can add a Wix store to sync your Wix e-commerce orders with PitneyShip or the PitneyShip mobile app. Note: Only one Wix store can be added.

To sync your Wix orders with the PitneyShip mobile app, you must first connect your Wix store using PitneyShip on a computer. Once your store is connected, your orders will sync in the PitneyShip mobile app. Follow the steps in the PitneyShip section to connect your Wix store.

From the Ship Orders tab:

  1. Select Add Store.
  2. Select Wix.
  3. Select Connect Store.
  4. Select your Wix store. If you are not logged in to your Wix account, enter your credentials before selecting your Wix store.
  5. Click Agree & Add to allow PitneyShip Ecommerce to access your Wix account data.
  6. (Optional) Enter a store name in the Store Name field.
  7. (Optional) Set your default carrier preferences for Wix orders.
  8. Click Save.
