New Features & Enhancements

Shared Presets

This feature lets you share a preset with others in your organization. You can share it with the entire enterprise, a specific location, a role, or an individual. Only the preset owner can edit or delete it. Note that presets with private addresses cannot be shared.

Ship request PDF

The Ship Request document now includes extra details such as the shipping rate, the number of multi-pieces, and the HS Code.

Issues Fixed

Default sender address update

The correct sender's address will be filled in during the shipment process, rather than being automatically chosen based on location.
