Printing error 'External component exception in 8000'
'External component exception in 8000' error occurs when the import PDF you are printing has too large a page count.

Issue
When Relay Integrity Pro tries to print an output document Error 'External component exception in 8000' message displays.
Cause
The Windows Printer Spooler is overwhelmed.
Resolution
To resolve this issue try printing from the Output folder, using Adobe Reader.
Alternatively, split the import PDF in half and run a smaller page count. If the error happens a second time spilt the new PDFs in half, until the import PDF are reduced to a page count that does not cause the error.
