No power on the PitneyShip Cube

Issue

The PitneyShip Cube will not turn on after pressing the power button.

Cause

The power connection may not be secure, the outlet the PitneyShip Cube is plugged into may be malfunctioning, or the wrong power cord is being used.

Resolution

• Solution 1: Verify the power cord is securely attached
• Solution 2: Try plugging the PitneyShip Cube into another outlet
• Solution 3: Verify you are using the correct power cord

Solution 1: Verify the power cord is securely attached

Verify the power cord is securely attached to the PitneyShip Cube and plugged in directly to a wall power outlet.

Solution 2: Try plugging the PitneyShip Cube into another outlet

If the PitneyShip Cube is plugged into a power strip, plug the power cord directly into a wall power outlet and try to power it on again. If plugged into a wall outlet, try a different wall outlet and try to power it on again.

Solution 3: Verify you are using the correct power cord

Verify you are using the power cord included in the box with the PitneyShip Cube. The model number of the correct power cord is P60EB240250.

This is the only power cord that should be used with the PitneyShip Cube. Other cords may cause damage or not provide sufficient current to power the PitneyShip Cube.
