Converting a Key in Postage job to a Postal job on the Connect+ Series, SendPro P

Key in Postage jobs will be removed as of August 5, 2024 to comply with new USPS® Intelligent Mail Indicia (IMI) technology standards. Follow these steps to convert your existing KIP jobs to Postal jobs.

• Converting a KIP job for First-Class Mail®
• All other classes

Converting a KIP job for First-Class Mail

1. Open the Key in Postage job you wish to convert.
2. Select Class None.
3. Select Letter.
4. Select any Extra services as needed.
5. Select OK.
6. Select Save.

Converting a KIP job for all other classes

1. Open the Key in Postage job you wish to convert.
2. Select Class None.
3. Select Start Over.
4. Select your desired class of mail.
5. Select any other options and services as needed.
6. Select Save.
