Updating your payment methods in PitneyShip Pro or PitneyShip Enterprise

If the credit card that you use to pay for your subscription expires, you will receive an email notification and should update your payment method right away.

If the credit card that you use to pay for your subscription expires, you will receive an email notification and should update your payment method right away. If you do not update your subscription payment method before your next payment is due, your account will have limited access until you update it.

If you use Purchase Power or a Reserve Account and wish to change your payment method, or if you use a credit card and wish to change to Purchase Power or a Reserve Account, please chat with us.

The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.

  1. Select Settings > Payment Methods.
  2. To update your credit card for subscription payments, select Change under PitneyShip Subscription.
  3. To update your credit card for postage payments, select Change under USPS Postage Refills.
  4. Update your credit card information as needed and select Submit.
