Integrating an Epic Systems store in PitneyShip Pro or PitneyShip Enterprise

You can connect Epic Systems to PitneyShip Pro or PitneyShip Enterprise to transfer your pharmacy order data from Epic.

You can connect Epic Systems to PitneyShip Pro or PitneyShip Enterprise to transfer your pharmacy order data from Epic.

Connecting Epic in PitneyShip Pro or PitneyShip Enterprise

  1. Open the PitneyShip Pro or PitneyShip Enterprise application by navigating to the URL https://admin.sendpro360.pitneybowes.com. Once opened, click Shipping & Mailing > Shipping Labels > Advanced Shipping.
  2. On the Advanced Shipping screen, click Add a Connector.

  3. Select the Epic logo.
  4. Enter your Token Endpoint URL, Web Services Endpoint URL, and Client ID.
  5. Click Connect. You will receive a notification confirming that onboarding was successful.
  6. (Optional) Select your default carrier and service settings and click Finish.

Disconnecting an Epic store

  1. Click Shipping & Mailing > Advanced Shipping.
  2. Click the logo for the store you wish to disconnect. In this case, select the Epic logo.
  3. The Edit Connector window will open. Click Disconnect.
