Added support for Kerberos Proxy Server

DeviceHub now supports the Negotiate Authentication Kerberos proxy server authentication method for Windows only.

Removed the build number from the DeviceHub version window

The build number has been removed from the DeviceHub version window.

Issues Fixed

Unable to get weight

There was an issue getting the weight from the scale after the computer went to sleep. This issue has been resolved.

DeviceHub not responding error

DeviceHub was sometimes giving a "Not responding" error when printing a label. This issue has been resolved.

DeviceHub keeps closing

DeviceHub was closing white getting the weight from the scale. This issue has been resolved.
