Setting up asset label printing options in PitneyTrack Inbound

You can print labels for assets. You can choose the label size and customize the information that is printed on the label, including barcodes.

You can print labels for assets. You can choose the label size and customize the information that is printed on the label, including barcodes.

The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.

  1. Select Settings > Label Options (under Assets).
  2. If necessary, select your Site.
  3. Select the Desktop Printer (Web) or Mobile Printer (Bluetooth) tab.
  4. From the Add Asset and Manage Asset menus, choose whether to select the Save, Save & Print or both check boxes to decide which buttons appear in each of the screens.
  5. In the Select Most frequent used action menus, choose the behavior you prefer for each of the screens. This is the action that will be performed when you press the Enter key.
    Note: You can view which button will appear when you hover your mouse over Preview for the Add Asset and Asset List screens.
  6. Select the Output Size.
  7. (Optional) Change the Form Label if desired. This is the text that prints at the top of the label.
  8. (Optional) Select Hide Pitney Bowes logo to hide the Pitney Bowes logo on the label.
  9. Select the Primary Field. This field displays in a larger size near the top of the label.
  10. Select the Secondary Field. This field displays just below the Primary Field in the same size.
  11. Check or uncheck the boxes to select the fields you want to print on the label.
  12. Repeat for the other tab Desktop Printer (Web) or Mobile Printer (Bluetooth) if needed.
  13. Select the Update Settings button at the top to save your changes.
