Connecting your Magento store to the PitneyShip, PitneyShip Pro, or PitneyShip Enterprise allows you to manage data between both platforms.

Connecting your Magento store to PitneyShip, PitneyShip Pro, or PitneyShip Enterprise allows you to manage data between both platforms.
Before you begin
You will need the following information from your Magento account. Refer to the Magento help for more information.
- API URL: Your API URL is the Base URL shown in the Magento Admin panel under Stores > Settings > Configuration > Web.
- Access Token: Obtaining your access token requires adding an API integration. When doing so, select Custom under Resource Access and choose Sales, Catalog, My Account, and Stores.
The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.
Adding your Magento account
- On the Ship Orders tab, select + Add Integration or + Add Store in the upper right.
- Select the Magento icon.
- Enter the API URL.
- Enter the Access Token.
- Click Connect Store.
- (Optional) Set your default preferences for orders from this store and select Finish.
