Editing an asset in PitneyTrack Inbound

You can edit assets to update their assignment or location.

You can edit assets to update their assignment or location.

The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.

  1. Find the asset you wish to update:
    • If you know the Asset ID:
      1. From the Manage Assets tab, enter the asset ID in the Find an Asset box and press Enter.
    • If you do not know the Asset ID:
      1. From the Asset menu, select Asset List.
      2. Use the filters and search box at the top to locate the asset you wish to update.
  2. Select the arrow next to the asset you wish to edit to expand it.
  3. Select Edit.
  4. Update the asset information as needed.
  5. Select Save.
