Creating a HazMat template in SendPro Enterprise

HazMat templates allow you to save and reuse HazMat shipment configurations, including line items and packaging details. Templates may be assigned to a user, profile, or location.

Prerequisites

• SendPro Enterprise 8.56.0
• MailCenter App 1.64 or higher
• Familiarity with HazMat shipping

1. Open the MailCenter App (v1.64 or higher is required).
2. Complete the shipping form, including all HazMat product information.
3. Validate the shipment. This is required in order to save the template.
4. In the HazMat section, select Templates.
5. Enter a name in the Template Name field in the Add New section at the bottom of the form.
6. Select who to assign the template to:
   • User (default): The template will be available only to the current user.
   • Profile: The template will be available to all users who have the same profile as the current user.
   • Location: The template will be available to all users who have the same location as the current user.
7. Select Save.
   • If the Save button is not active, that means that the shipment has not been validated. Close the form and return to step 3.
