"We're doing Maintenance" message displays after logging in to Your Account

Information on how to resolve the error message "We're doing Maintenance" which can appear after signing in to the Your Account portal.

Issue 

After signing in to the Your Account portal the message "We're doing Maintenance" displays. 

Resolution

Access the signin page from a private browser window. 

Access private browsing in Chrome 

  1. Open the browser menu from the top right hand corner of the Chrome session.
  2. Select New Incognito window.
  3. This will open a new browser window with the private mode on.

Access private browsing in Firefox

  1. Open the browser menu from the top right hand corner of the Firefox session.
  2. Select New Private window.
  3. This will open a new browser window with the private mode on.

Access private browsing in Edge

  1. Open the browser menu from the top right hand corner of the Edge session.
  2. Select New InPrivate window.
  3. This will open a new browser window with the private mode on.
