Syncing e-commerce orders in the PitneyShip mobile app

After onboarding your e-commerce store, you can synchronize your e-commerce orders using the PitneyShip mobile app. Whenever you receive a new order from your e-commerce store, you must sync your orders with the PitneyShip mobile app.

After onboarding your e-commerce store, you can synchronize your e-commerce orders using the PitneyShip mobile app. Whenever you receive a new order from your e-commerce store, you must sync your orders with the PitneyShip mobile app.

  1. Tap Orders.
    Orders tab
  2. Tap the ellipses icon.
  3. Tap Sync Orders.
    Sync orders option

Your orders will now be synced to the PitneyShip mobile app.
