SendPro Enterprise version 8.54.4 Release Notes (April 5, 2023)

Note: Some changes affect all SendPro Enterprise users, while other changes affect licensed users only. If you are a subscriber, your SendPro Enterprise is hosted in the Pitney Bowes cloud with the address https://name.sendproenterprise.com, where "name" is your organization's unique value. If you are a licensed user, your SendPro Enterprise is not hosted in the Pitney Bowes cloud.

Carrier Changes

The following carrier changes have been implemented for SendPro Enterprise:

FedEx International. Reference Fields.

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

Resolved an issue in which reference fields would fail to print on International multi-pack shipments.

DHL. End-of-Day Manifest.

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

Corrected a problem whereby previously manifested shipments would be included in the current manifest.

Loomis Express. Shipment Tracking Changes.

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

Implemented changes to comply with new Loomis Express tracking requirements.

UPS. Required Merchandise Description for Shipments to Mexico.

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

In accordance with UPS regulations, shipments to Mexico will now require a Merchandise Description to be provided.

Other Changes

The following other changes have been implemented in SendPro Enterprise:

Snippets. Address Book.

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

Resolved an issue whereby the "search tips" tooltip of the Address Book snippet did not appear in the correct position.

Instance Manager. New Version Available.

Affects licensed SendPro Enterprise users only.

SendPro Enterprise Instance Manager has been updated.

FedEx Freight. Bill of Lading.

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

Resolved an issue in which the Bill of Lading number value for FedEx Freight shipments did not appear on the printed Bill of Lading.

DHL-XLM PI. Bill-To Error.

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

Corrected a problem whereby the BillToCountryCode was being passed in BillToCountryName of the ShipRequest XML, causing the rating engine to return the error “Request message must contain all BillTo required fields…”

SendPro Enterprise. Database.

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

Corrected a problem whereby decimal values for weights were not stored correctly in the database.

Data Management App. Exports.

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

Corrected an issue leading to an extra day’s worth of data being appended to both Date Rage (StartDate - EndDate) and Last X Days (Previous # days) exports.

Desktop App. Misspelling Corrected.

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

Corrected the spelling of "US License".
