"Title of Signatory is required" message when processing FedEx hazmat shipment in SendPro Enterprise

The message "Title of Signatory is required" occurs because the user's Job Title and Department are not filled in. These are required for hazmat shipping.

Issue

When processing a hazmat shipment through FedEx, the message "Title of Signatory is required" appears.

Cause

The user's Job Title and Department are not filled in. These are required for hazmat shipping.

Resolution

These steps must be performed by a Supervisor user or a Pitney Bowes administrator.

  1. Sign in to SendPro Enterprise with a Supervisor account.
  2. Open the Supervisor app.
  3. Select Users.
  4. Search for the user who is receiving the error message.
  5. Highlight the user and select Edit.
  6. Enter a Job Title and Department for the user.
  7. Select Save & Close.
