Accessing Total Postage Management reports

Sign in to Your Account to access Total Postage Management and manage your postage expenses in real time across multiple accounts. This online tool shows postage balances, payments, and transactions.

Sign in to Your Account to access Total Postage Management to manage your postage expenses in real-time across multiple accounts. This online tool shows postage balances, payments, and transactions.

  1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
  2. If prompted, select the Your Account business portal, otherwise, you will be directed to your Your Account dashboard.
  3. Go to Total Postage Management Reports on your home dashboard.

  4. Select Launch to view the reports.

You can view reports for:

  • Postage Activity, including Line of Credit (Purchase Power) usage and balances
  • Deposit Balances
  • Payment Information
  • Permit Mail, including Express Mail and Business Reply Mail
  • Presort processed mail
  • Mail processed at third-party mail house

Important

  • There is no fee for using Total Postage Management for your meter. There may be setup and maintenance fees for non-Pitney Bowes meters, mailhouse or permit setups.
  • The Total Postage Management Service is available to anyone with a PB Postage account or Line of Credit (Purchase Power).
