Requirements for shipping to European Union (EU) Countries in SendPro Enterprise

Beginning March 1, 2023, shipments bound for or passing through EU countries must adhere to European Commission Import Control System 2 (ICS2) guidelines. Failing to comply may result in shipment delays or returns.

SendPro Enterprise supports the following ICS2 requirements when shipping internationally with FedEx, UPS, DHL, and the PB Shipping API:

• 6-digit HS code
• Full content descriptions

SendPro Enterprise does not support the following optional ICS2 features:

• Economic Operator Registration and Identification (EORI) number

In all SendPro Enterprise apps, the HS code is entered in the Schedule B field of the line item section, which becomes available after you enter an international address.
