Steady orange power light on the PitneyShip Cube

Issue

A steady orange power light on the PitneyShip Cube can prevent printing from PitneyShip or PitneyShip Pro.

Cause

The PitneyShip Cube may not be closed properly, or the label roll may not be threaded correctly.

Resolution

If your PitneyShip Cube has an orange power light, try these solutions in order.

• Close the label roll cover
• Reset the label roll

Solution 1: Close the label roll cover

Ensure that the label roll cover is closed tightly by firmly pressing down on each corner of the cover. The cover should audibly click shut, and the power button will have a white LED.

If the issue is not resolved, try solution 2.

Solution 2: Reset the label roll

1. Open the PitneyShip Cube label roll cover.
   
2. Feed the label roll so it is a ¼ inch out of the printer.
   
3. Close the cover firmly. The cover should audibly click shut, and the power button will have a white LED.
