Installing the PitneyShip Cube driver on an additional computer for PitneyShip, PitneyShip Pro, and ShipAccel

After initially installing your PitneyShip Cube, you may need to install the driver on another computer.

Prepare your PitneyShip Cube

1. (Optional) If you will be using the wired connectivity method, plug the USB cable into your Cube and your computer now.
   
2. Turn on your PitneyShip Cube. The Cube must be powered on to complete the installation process.

Install DeviceHub

1. Log in to PitneyShip or PitneyShip Pro on the additional computer.
2. Click Settings > My Devices.
3. Click Download DeviceHub Installer to download the latest version of DeviceHub.
   Note: If the button is disabled, it means that your administrator has not given you access to download DeviceHub. Contact your administrator for assistance.
4. Save the file.
5. Open the downloaded file.
   Note: If a message appears during the installation process stating that DeviceHub is already installed, click OK to remove the previous version, then click Uninstall. Once the process is complete, click Finish.
6. Select Install.
7. Select Finish.

Set up the PitneyShip Cube on a Windows PC

1. Right-click the DeviceHub icon in the system tray and select Setup PitneyShip Cube.
   
2. When asked, "How do you want to connect your Cube?" select either USB or Wi-Fi.

USB (Wired) Connection

1. Select Download Driver.
2. Once the download is complete, go to your downloads folder and double-click the PB_Printer_and_Scale_driver.exe file.
3. When the installer window opens, accept the license agreement and click Next.
4. On the installation Directory, click Next.
5. Click Finish. After a few moments, the Seagull Driver Wizard will open.
6. To install printer drivers, click Next.
7. Click Next to install the Plug and Play printer driver.
8. Click Next.
9. Then click Finish. The files will then be installed.
10. Click Close when the Wizard is complete.
11. On your computer, go to Start > Settings > Printers and Scanners. Confirm that the installation was successful. Your PitneyShip Cube will be on your printer list as Pitney Bowes Printer and Scale.

Wi-Fi (Wireless) Connection

1. Tap Yes if your PitneyShip Cube has a slow blinking light. If your PitneyShip Cube has a fast blinking light, or shows a different LED color, tap No.
2. Select your Wi-Fi network and click Next. If you do not see a list of Wi-Fi networks, click Refresh list and select your Wi-Fi network.
   Note: Your PitneyShip Cube must connect to the same network as your Windows PC.
3. Enter your Wi-Fi password and click Next.
4. Your PitneyShip Cube will now connect to your Wi-Fi network. This may take a few minutes. Once your PitneyShip Cube is connected, click Close.
5. On your computer, go to Start > Settings > Printers and Scanners. Confirm that the installation was successful. Your PitneyShip Cube will be on your printer list as Pitney Bowes Printer and Scale.

Set Up the PitneyShip Cube on a Mac

1. On your computer, check the Menu bar at the top of your desktop screen and right-click the DeviceHub icon.
2. Select Setup PitneyShip Cube.
3. When asked, "How do you want to connect your Cube?" select USB or Wi-Fi.

USB (Wired) Connection

1. Select Download Driver.
2. On your computer, select Finder > Applications > System Preferences > Printers and Scanners. Confirm that the installation was successful. Your PitneyShip Cube will be in your printer list as Pitney Bowes Printer and Scale.

Wi-Fi (Wireless) Connection

1. Tap Yes if your PitneyShip Cube has a slow blinking light. If your PitneyShip Cube has a fast blinking light, or shows a different LED color, tap No.
2. Select your Wi-Fi network and click Next. If you do not see a list of Wi-Fi networks, click Refresh list and select your Wi-Fi network.
   Note: Your PitneyShip Cube must connect to the same network as your Mac.
3. Enter your Wi-Fi password and click Next.
4. Go to Finder > Applications > System Preferences > Printers and Scanners.
5. Click the + icon.
6. Select Bixolon Printer and Scale.
7. Under the Use menu, select PitneyBowes Printer and Scale and click OK.
8. Click Add.
9. Confirm that the Bixolon Printer and Scale is showing in your Printer list.
