Syncing your e-commerce orders in PitneyShip, PitneyShip Pro, and PitneyShip Enterprise

Orders are automatically synced with your connected ecommerce stores when you sign in, after you print a label, and when you arrive on the Orders screen (if you leave that screen and come back). You can also sync them manually at any time. 

Products affected: PitneyShip®, PitneyShip® Pro, PitneyShip® Enterprise, PitneyShip™ Cube

  1. On the Ship Orders tab, select Sync Orders.
