Changing or selecting the weighing method on the SendPro MailCenter

Follow these steps to select the appropriate weighing method for your job on the SendPro MailCenter.
Products affected: SendPro® MailCenter 1000, SendPro® MailCenter 2000, SendPro® MailCenter 3000
  1. Ensure that the appropriate job is open and selected on the Run Mail screen.
  2. Select the Weighing icon.
  3. Select the appropriate weighing method:
    • WOW
    • WOW, first piece only
    • Attached scale
    • Differential weighing
    • Manual weight entry
    If your system does not have the optional WEIGH-ON-THE-WAY® (W-O-W®) or Manual weight entry method, select the Attached scale method.
  4. Select OK.
