Envelopes are jamming.

Resolution

Follow these steps to clear an envelope jam on your SendPro MailCenter 2000.

  1. Lift the (a) feeder W-O-W transport cover and the (b) printer cover.

  2. Pull up on the (a) top release lever, the (b) W-O-W transport release lever, and the (c) printer transport release lever.

  3. Remove any mailpieces from the W-O-W transport and printer transport area.
  4. Lift up the lower release lever and remove the mailpiece.

  5. Push all release levers down and make sure they snap into place.

  6. Close all covers and resume printing.
