Searching for ecommerce orders in SendPro Enterprise
Once your has been set up for ecommerce by a Pitney Bowes representative, users can search for orders in the ecommerce app.

Once your has been set up for ecommerce by a Pitney Bowes representative, users can search for orders in the ecommerce app. If you don't have the ecommerce app, contact your account representative.
- Open the ecommerce app.
- Select From Date and choose a start date.
- Select To Date and choose an end date.
- (Optional) Select a field to search from the Fields list.
- Select an operator from the Operator list.
- Enter what you want to search for in the Search For Value box.
- Select ADD. The search query will appear in the lower text box of the Search Options section.
- (Optional) Select a condition from the Condition list.
- Repeat steps 4-8 until complete.
- Select SEARCH.
- (Optional) Select CLEAR to remove all search criteria and start over.
