Issue

The package weight field is incorrect when weighing your package or letter.

Resolution

Zero the scale on the PitneyShip Cube. Remove any packages or letters from the scale before zeroing it. Make sure the scale is on a flat and level surface. If the scale is sitting on the same surface as an object that causes vibration, like a fan, this vibration may affect the accuracy of the scale weight.

Zero the scale from the Shipping Label page

  1. Tap your package type.
  2. Tap Zero Scale next to the weight field.

The scale will now zero out the weight. Make sure you place items on the center of the scale before weighing your package again.

  1. Tap More > About Device.
  2. Tap Zero Scale.

The scale will now zero out the weight. Make sure you place items on the center of the scale before weighing your package again.
