Issue

When trying to print stamps in the Stamp App, the message "Package 1 has failed validation. Error message from PB Shipping API: 1000505Country Code must be 2 letters." appears.

Cause

There may be data corruption in the web browser.

Resolution

  1. In the Stamps app, select Help > Clear Local Storage.
  2. Sign out of SendPro Enterprise and close your browser.
  3. Restart your browser and sign in to SendPro Enterprise.
  4. Process your stamp print.
