Adding postage to your meter in the Your Account portal
Learn how to add postage to a meter from the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
To print postage onto your mail piece, you must transfer postage funds from your Pitney Bowes account to your meter. The meter deducts the amount of your postage from the available funds on your meter. When your meter funds are low, you must add or refill more postage from your Pitney Bowes account.
Before you begin
Make sure your meter is connected to the internet.
Add postage to your meter from your online account
- Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
- If prompted, select the Your Account business portal, otherwise, you will be directed to your Your Account dashboard.
- Select Your Products and click Postage Meters.
- Select the meter to refill and click the Refill Postage button.
- Review the amount available for refill.
- Enter the amount you want to add and select Add to Meter.
- Review the amount, and select Confirm Refill. This may take a few minutes; a confirmation will display once the postage has been successfully added.
Important: Closing the window does not stop the transaction, please wait for the confirmation message before closing.
