Reprinting a stamp sheet in PitneyShip, PitneyShip Pro, or PitneyShip Enterprise

If there is an issue when printing a stamp sheet, you can reprint it one time, immediately after the first attempted printing.

Stamps printed on stamp rolls and envelopes cannot be reprinted. If stamps printed on stamp rolls or envelopes did not print correctly, you will need to request a stamp refund.

1. In the confirmation of the stamp sheet that you just printed, select Reprint Sheet.
   
   The reprint option only appears immediately after the first printing and is no longer visible after you click on something else. If the reprint option is no longer available, request a stamp refund from your history, then print the stamp again.
2. Select the box to agree to the conditions.
3. Select Reprint.
