Editing a role in PitneyShip Pro, PitneyShip Enterprise, PitneyTrack Inbound, PitneyAnalytics, and the Locker Management Module
If you need to change a role, you can edit it.
Products affected: PitneyShip™ Pro, PitneyShip™ Enterprise, PitneyTrack® Inbound, PitneyAnalytics™, ParcelPoint™ Smart Lockers, Locker Management Module
If you need to change the name or features of a subscription role, you can edit it.
The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.
- From the Home screen, select the Get Started tab.
- Select the Manage button under Roles.
- Select the Edit icon next to the role you wish to edit.
Note: The ADMIN role is a pre-defined system default role and cannot be edited. This pre-defined role is also subject to change with system updates. It is recommended to create a new role in place of the pre-defined system roles to avoid any unwanted changes to a user's daily functionality. - Make the needed changes.
- Select Save and Close.
