Shipping and mailing accounts on SendPro C devices
SendPro C devices have separate accounts for shipping and mailing. You must fund shipping label printing and envelope printing functions separately.
Create Shipping Labels account
When you create a shipping label, the funds come from the Create Shipping Labels account.
- You can only use funds from the Create Shipping Labels account to print shipping labels.
- You cannot use Create Shipping Label funds to print envelopes.
Print on Envelopes account
When you print an envelope, the postage comes from the Print on Envelopes account.
- You can only use postage in the Print on Envelopes account to print envelopes.
- You cannot use Print on Envelopes postage to create shipping labels.
