SendPro Enterprise version 8.45.1 Release Notes (September 9, 2021)

Note: Some changes affect all SendPro Enterprise users, while other changes affect licensed users only. If you are a subscriber, your SendPro Enterprise is hosted in the Pitney Bowes cloud with the address https://name.sendproenterprise.com, where "name" is your organization's unique value. If you are a licensed user, your SendPro Enterprise is not hosted in the Pitney Bowes cloud.

Other Changes

The following other changes have been implemented in SendPro Enterprise:

WTG Parcel. Improvements to the carrier request.

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

The carrier request has been amended to remove empty optional fields when shipping with WTG Parcel.

Stamps App. Resolved issues when using Postcard package type.

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

Stamps shipments using the Postcard package type now function as expected.

PB Shipping API. Resolved issue with Customs Form 2976.

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

An issue with the PB Shipping API not storing the PB Shipping API Customs Form 2976 correctly has been corrected. In addition, resolved issue with error message not displaying when the configuration of this document is PDF or PDF Raw with a stock type of Letter 8.5x11. The error 'PB Shipping API Customs Form 2976 has not been correctly configured. Please consult your administrator’ now displays.

End Of Day App. Fixed pagination issues.

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

Fixed issue whereby selecting items in the manifest list would not work after pagination occurred. Selecting rows and closing the page now functions as expected.

WTG Parcel. Updates to the Personal Shipping App. Implemented changes to ensure a user has one valid card saved before using the App. If there are no valid cards saved a personal shipment will not be processed. In addition, a card cannot be deleted if there are fewer than two valid cards saved.

FedEx Web Services. Improvements to Outputs.

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

The following improvements have been implemented:

• The Hazardous Shippers Declaration has been replaced by the FedEx Express Shipper’s Declaration for Dangerous Goods Form.
• When generating Hazardous Shipping Papers, format logic has been improved to determine what stock type is required (LL or LG) when the format is PDF or ESC/P.

Outputs. Fixed issue with Client Printing in embedded Apps.

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

Client Printing in embedded Apps now functions as expected.

Desktop App. Resolved issue when shipping with Cash on Delivery (COD) and Delivery Confirmation Special Services.

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

Resolved an issue whereby the special services: Cash on Delivery (COD) and Delivery Confirmation would not be applied to every package in a shipment when selected. These special services now function as expected.

Data Management Snippet. Custom Headers are now editable.

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

Updated the Data Management Snippet to allow the export template where custom headers have been set to be edited and retain its existing mappings and column names.

P44. Fixed issue with Tracking Portal.

P44 Tracking Portal now functions as expected.

SendPro Enterprise. Fixed issue with App Settings.

Affects licensed SendPro Enterprise users only.

Fixed issue whereby the App Settings screen would not load if the system contained an application without a name set.

DHL XML-PI. Added support for package dimension detail.

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

When shipping using DHL XML-PI, package dimensions must now be provided in the Line Item detail. In addition, an issue has been resolved whereby the International field was being incorrectly set in ship requests with shipments where the address was being overridden.

Apps

The following changes have been implemented for SendPro Enterprise Apps:

Desktop

• Resolved issue when shipping with Cash on Delivery (COD) and Delivery Confirmation Special Services.

End Of Day

• Fixed pagination issues.

Stamps

• Resolved issues when using Postcard package type.
