Updating your SendPro Tablet
Your SendPro Tablet requires a system update by Friday, August 6. If you do not install the update by that date, you will no longer be able to use your tablet.

Your SendPro Tablet requires a Samsung software update by Friday, August 6. If you do not install the update by that date, you will no longer be able to use your tablet.
Before you begin
- Make sure that the tablet is connected to a reliable internet connection with good speed
- Make sure that the tablet is plugged in and the battery is charged to at least 50%.
Installing the update
- On the SendPro Tablet Home screen, tap the Preferences icon, then select Settings.
- Tap Device Settings.
- Scroll down and tap About tablet.
- Tap Software information.
- Tap Knox Configure. If you do not see the Knox Configure option, follow the instructions below under If you do not see Knox Configure.
- Tap Apply latest profile.
- If you see this prompt, tap Update.
- Tap Next.
- Select I agree to all, then tap Agree.
- Wait while the update is installed. You will see several different screens and messages. When the update is complete, you will be returned to the SendPro Tablet Home screen.
If you do not see Knox Configure
If you do not see the Knox Configure option shown in step 5 above, follow these instructions instead.
- Tap the tablet's home button to return to the Home screen.
- On the SendPro Tablet Home screen, tap the Preferences icon, then select Settings.
- Tap Device Settings.
- Tap Apps.
- In the apps list, scroll down and tap on SendPro Tablet.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Home screen.
- Tap Samsung Experience Home.
- Tap the tablet's home button.
- From the home screen, swipe up to see all of the tablet's apps.
- Tap Chrome. If you don't see Chrome, you may need to tap Google first, then Chrome. If you can't find it, type Chrome in the search box at the top.
- In the Chrome, tap in the address box, type https://configure.samsungknox.com, and tap Go.
- Tap First-Time Enrollment.
- If you see this prompt, tap Update.
- Tap Next.
- Select I agree to all, then tap Agree.
- Wait while the update is installed. You will see several different screens and messages. When the update is complete, you will be returned to the SendPro Tablet Home screen.
