If you forget your TrackMyMail password, you can reset it online.

  1. Go to https://www.trackmymail.com/4st/logincons.aspx.
  2. Click on Forgot Password?
  3. Enter your User ID for the TrackMyMail website.
  4. Click Submit. An email with a temporary password will be sent to the email address associated with the User ID. If you do not receive the email, email [email protected] for assistance.
  5. Copy the temporary password from the email.
  6. Go to https://www.trackmymail.com/4st/logincons.aspx.
  7. Enter your User ID and the temporary password.
  8. Click Sign In. You will be prompted to reset the password.
  9. Enter a new password as directed.
