The Connect+® Series / SendPro® P-Series displays error code 018C-61-0004 "System maintenance error"

The meter has detected an internal fault.

Reboot the system. Follow these steps for a safe restart:

Select the Gear from the lower right corner of the Home screen.
Select Shut Down from the menu.
Select Shut Down on the pop up.
Wait for the screen to go black and the blue light on the front to go out. This may take several minutes.
Wait 10 more seconds, press the Power button

If the issue is unresolved after following these steps, contact customer support. Have your model number ready.
