Issue

The Connect+® / SendPro™ P Series is displaying error code 0418-42-003E "Print head error in the right slot of {{printaxis}} carriage".

Cause

There is a missing ink cartridge.

Resolution

Install any missing ink cartridges. All of the ink cartridges must be installed at all times. Make sure you are using genuine Pitney Bowes ink cartridges.
