Error 03114100E4 (PE0 Not Ready) on the Connect+ series and SendPro P

Issue

Your machine displays error code 0311-41-00E4: PE0 Not Ready and does not print.

Cause

Your print engine firmware may need to be updated.

Resolution

Follow these steps to troubleshoot your error:
  1. Check for updates.
    1. Select Rates & Updates from the Home screen.
      • Select Download Updates if updates are found.
      • Proceed to Step 2 if no updates are listed.
    2. Select Install Updates.
 
  1. Restart your machine.
    1. Select the Gear from the lower right corner of the Home screen.
    2. Select Shut Down.
    3. Select Shut Down.
    4. Wait for the screen to go black and your Power button's blue light to go out. 
    5. Wait 10 seconds.
    6. Press the Power button to power your machine back up.
